By using the ITWAYS CRM application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ITWAYS CRM is a web-based customer relationship management (CRM) application that allows users to manage client information, meetings, and documents.

With explicit user consent, the Service integrates with Google services using OAuth 2.0 to enable features such as:

  • Creating, updating, and deleting calendar events in Google Calendar
  • Creating, updating, and deleting contacts in Google Contacts
  • Uploading, downloading, and sharing files using Google Drive

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Use the Service only through authorized CRM systems
  • Maintain the security of your Google account
  • Notify your CRM administrator of any security breaches
  • Comply with Google's Terms of Service
  • Not attempt to circumvent security measures

4. Authorized Use

This Service is intended solely for:

  • Users of authorized CRM systems
  • Legitimate business purposes
  • Accessing your own Google account data

Prohibited uses include:

  • Unauthorized access to others' accounts
  • Automated or scripted authentication attempts
  • Reverse engineering the Service
  • Using the Service for illegal activities

5. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service
  • Google API rate limits and quotas may affect service availability

6. Data and Privacy

Our handling of user data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Service accesses Google user data only after explicit user consent and only to provide CRM functionality requested by the user.

Google data accessed may include contacts, calendar events, and files selected by the user.

We do not sell or share Google user data with third parties, and access can be revoked at any time from the user's Google Account settings.

The Service complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Third-Party Services

This Service relies on Google OAuth 2.0 and Google APIs. Your use is also subject to:

  • Google Privacy Policy

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for Google service outages
  • We are not liable for data loss caused by Google API changes
  • Your CRM is responsible for how it uses your Google data

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

  • HTTPS encryption for all communications
  • Secure token storage
  • CORS and origin validation
  • Regular security audits

However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your Google account credentials secure
  • Reporting suspicious activity immediately
  • Using strong passwords and two-factor authentication

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • Your account shows suspicious activity
  • You use the Service for unauthorized purposes
  • Required by law or regulation

You may terminate your use at any time by disconnecting your Google account.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chhattisgarh, India.
